The ResMed S9 series offers a sleek and stylish look. Adjusting the settings on your CPAP machine is made easy with a large color display and four clearly marked buttons. A large push dial allows you to scroll through screens and easily make changes. The large color screen changes colors to let you know where you are scrolling and which settings you are adjusting. The info button allows you to view compliance data and reports with a single push, and the large start button offers an easy start with just one touch. The sleek, modest design makes your CPAP look less like a stale medical device and more like a standard bedside clock radio, further encouraging you to be consistent in your CPAP therapy.
With the S9 series of CPAP machines, ResMed also introduces their new SlimLine™ Tubing. This new tubing is 40% lighter, 20% thinner, and takes up 35% less space. With its light weight providing more flexibility and less drag, the SlimLine™ Tubing promises to be a favorite among CPAP users. In addition, the S9 also introduces a smart-fit cuff design to make it easier to attach and remove the tube from your mask and machine.
The ResMed S9 Escape augments the Easy-Breathe motor with axial air-flow, foam, and noise isolating materials, creating a notably quiet CPAP machine. Measured at 24dBA (quieter than a whisper!), you and your bed partner will never again be disturbed by your noisy CPAP machine. By reducing pressure during exhalation, the EPR Easy-Breathe also makes your adjustment to CPAP therapy easy, natural and more comfortable.
All the S9 series machines come with onboard and removable data storage that allows you to see a snapshot of your therapy by just touching the info button. Data is stored on board for up to 365 days and includes average usage, used hours, days used, run hours, and pressures. The removable SD card provides detailed graphical data and high resolution flow data that your physician can read.
